4th Agri-Food Masterclass - Thessaloniki 2017
The annual Agri-food Masterclass on Entrepreneurship, the intensive Masterclass on entrepreneurship in the agri-food sector, will take place this year in Patras, on 3-5 November 2017. Teams/start-ups with activities in the fields of agri-food, agro/bio-technology, rural tourism, and related services are invited to participate at the Masterclass. This rotating Masterclass is organized by the Netherlands Embassy in Athens. This year the co-organizers are incubator Orange Grove Patras, the Patras Science Park and the Aroma Innovation Hub.
The 3-day Masterclass aims to help start-ups work on their business propositions, develop entrepreneurial competences, optimize their business idea, network and explore the business possibilities of the European and world market. The Masterclass will be conducted by StartLife, a leading Dutch organisation in the development of entrepreneurship in the agri-food sector.
Startlife (https://start–life.nl/),which in the past 6 years has helped more than 170 start-ups develop innovations in the Food and Agriculture sectors, belongs to The Food Valley region, centered at Wageningen UR (University and Research Center), one of the most prominent agri-food and nutrition research centers in Europe. Invited company to the event is Tropos Branding Co (member of the DKG Group, www.tropos.gr) which will train the participants on Communication and Media skills, needed when developing a business.
